On the morning of September 16th, with the cement stabilized gravel mixture paving evenly under the smooth operation of the paver, the roadbed pavement paving construction of Xi'an Beichen Avenue and Ring Expressway Interconnection Project participated by Xi'an Heavy Equipment Construction Mechanization Engineering Co., Ltd （hereinafter referred to as Construction Mechanization）belonging to SCMC was officially launched.

After receiving the notice of construction entry, Construction Mechanization immediately organized and coordinated equipment and technology, construction personnel. They overcame high temperature, rainy season and other adverse factors. Under the premise of safety, environmental protection and civilized construction measures in place, they strictly controlled the mixing, transportation, laying, rolling, testing, maintenance and other links of water-stabilized mixture. From pre-shift safety education, construction operations, to the pavement compaction, ash dose measurement, and 7-day unlimited compressive strength testing, all operating procedures are strictly controlled to ensure the orderly implementation of paving operations.

The Xi'an Beichen Avenue and Ring Expressway Interconnection Project is one of the key transportation projects to promote the "Greater Xi'an North Cross Development Strategy", and is an important part of the "three horizontal and three vertical" expressway network in the north of the city. After the completion of the project, it will realize the rapid conversion of Xi'an Ring Expressway and Beichen Avenue Municipal Expressway, further accelerate urban transportation, and is of great significance for improving the traffic environment in the north of the city and building a regional integrated transportation network.
